Domestic Orders:

The Guide Crystals orders are shipped directly from Sydney 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. In rare events shipping schedules may be modified, and we reserve the right to change a shipping schedule without notice. All orders over $70 within Australia and over $150 international will receive FREE standard shipping using Australia Post.

Processing Time - 3-5 business days

Shipping Time- 5-10 business days

Total Delivery Time- 8-15 business days

$10 flat fee for all orders under $70

Free for all orders over $100

International Postage

Standard Post

$25 flat fee for all orders under $150

Free for all orders over $150

Express Post

$55 flat fee for all orders over $500

The Guide Crystals are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping/item insurance can be purchased at checkout. In the event that a package is lost in transit, we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. The Guide Crystals are not responsible for any items lost in transit. In the event that a package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the event you receive a package that has been damaged during transit, please send photos of the damage to 799theguidecrystals@gmail.com
